Delaware Expedited Filing Fees (2026): 24-Hour, Same-Day, 2-Hour and 1-Hour Service Explained

8 min read · October 30, 2026 · Division of Corporations fee schedule revised August 1, 2026

01 / The direct answer

Choose the least expensive filing priority that fits your actual deadline. The August 1, 2026 schedule assigns different expedite charges to formation, later filings, certificates and apostilles. Priority 2 is 2-hour service at $500; Priority 1 is 1-hour service at $1,000 per document or request. State expedite charges are separate from standard filing and existing service prices.

02 / Follow the decisions

Start with the right question.

Initial formation and qualification

Certificate of Formation ($110), Certificate of Incorporation (from $109), foreign LLC registration ($200) and foreign corporation qualification ($245) use 24-hour +$50 or same-day +$100. Confirm the correct document category before adding priority.

Most later filings cost more to expedite

Amendments, mergers, dissolutions, conversions and revivals generally use 24-hour +$100 or same-day +$200. Expedite fees apply per file number, not as an unlimited priority upgrade for an entire project.

Certificates and commercial apostilles have their own tiers

Good standing short form ($50): 24-hour +$40 or same-day +$50. Long form ($175): 24-hour +$60 or same-day +$80. Commercial apostille ($30): 24-hour +$40 or same-day +$50. Priority 2 (2-hour) is $500 and Priority 1 (1-hour) is $1,000 per document or request.
